Tampere Water Online Service

To report the reading of clean tap water meter, all you need is your customer number and the location ID, which both can be found on your invoice. Please note that by logging in to this form, you can only report the reading of clean tap water meter. A link to the form can be found in the menu at the top of the page

To check your other data, please sign up for the service according to the following instructions:

  1. Register for the service by clicking the “Register” button and creating login credentials for yourself. Use Suomi.fi identification for registering.
  2. When you have a username and password, you can log in to the service under “Log in to the service”.
  3. You can log in by using your Suomi.fi identification or use identifiers you created.
  4. Property Managers NOTE: You can add multiple meteringpoints/customers to your Online Id in the 'Own Information' section using the 'Add Customer' function. Added meteringpoints can be deleted. If you add several meteringpoints to same login ID and the estate manager changes, make sure to remove the unnecessary meteringpoints.
